The Boulevard comes to life through considered design, shaped by its elevated riverside setting. The vision called for a residence that maximised views across its surrounding landscape of the Maribyrnong River, while prioritising generous proportions, luxury amenities and seamless indoor–outdoor living. Balancing architectural expression with buildability, the project integrates innovative construction systems, high-performance glazing and carefully detailed finishes to create a residence defined by openness and functionality. 

Created in partnership with Haven’s own architects, the home required careful planning and technical precision to respond to its elevated site and unique block geometry. Expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing, skylights and raked ceilings work to draw natural light deep into the home while visually extending living spaces toward the landscape beyond. Every detail reflects a shared commitment to craftsmanship, spatial quality and architectural intent.
